Returns are accepted for most new, unused (not installed) items only with prior authorization from our Returns Department. Returned packages must be postmarked within 14 days from the date the items were shipped to you. Once a return is authorized, you'll be sent an e-mail containing your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the shipping package when returned to:

Please do not write your RMA Number on merchandise; if the number is on the merchandise it will be returned to you without credit. If items are returned without an RMA Number, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. TGSCOM Inc. does not refund shipping unless it is our error (as determined by TGSCOM Inc.).

Returned items must be in their original packaging and the packaging cannot be cut or destroyed in any way. If items are received in a condition other than how they were shipped, the item(s) will be returned to you without credit. Items received outside of the 14-day return window will be returned to you without credit. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We encourage customers to ship return items via a reputable carrier that provides tracking information as we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged shipments.

All returns are subject to a 15% (25% for firearms) restocking fee (See "Restocking Fees").

A firearm cannot be returned if it has left the FFL dealer; if there is a problem with the firearm after you've left the dealer, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.

·         Before you proceed with the transfer, make certain that you inspect the firearm thoroughly, to ensure that it is the correct item and free of defects.

·         If you leave the FFL dealer with the firearm and there are defects, you will have to contact the manufacturer directly.

·         If your paperwork or background check is denied, you must pay return shipping back to TGSCOM Inc.

·         We do NOT reimburse FFL transfer fees for any reason. You are responsible for any contract/negotiation with your FFL dealer.

·         We do NOT reimburse any fees for special licensing or permits that may be required by your state.

·         There is a 25% restocking fee on returns of all firearms, once a return has been authorized.

Please note that when you place an order for a firearm, it is solely your responsibility to contact your chosen FFL dealer (before shipment occurs) to ensure that they are willing and able to accept the transfer on your behalf. You are also responsible for ensuring the firearm is legal to own in your area.

If a firearm shipped to your dealer must be returned to us as a result of your error, you will be charged for the additional costs incurred with the return shipment. (original shipping cannot be refunded). Examples of this include, but are not limited to, the following:

·         FFL dealer is on vacation or no longer in business upon package arrival.

·         FFL dealer refuses shipment.

·         Background check is denied/failed

·         You choose to change dealers after shipment has occurred.

·         Firearm is determined (after shipment) to be illegal in your area.

·         Other situations that are a result of customer error, as determined by TGSCOM Inc.

Please note that firearm shipments cannot, under any circumstance, be redirected to an alternate dealer once they have left our warehouse – firearms must be sent back to our warehouse and then out to the new dealer.

Not all FFL dealers listed in our database have an active/valid FFL or accept transfers. Therefore, we must insist that you contact your preferred dealer prior to order placement.

The policies contained in this page may be altered or supplemented for specific promotions or products. We must insist that you completely review any terms that apply to specific promotions or products.

If you received a defective item you will need to contact the manufacturer directly for assistance; most products carry a manufacturer warranty. TGSCOM Inc. does not handle manufacturer defects or warranties.

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. Once issued, you will be sent an e-mail notification of the refund. Refunds may take 3-5 business days or longer to post to your account, depending on your financial institution. If you paid via USPS money order, your refund will be issued via check and may take 7-10 mailing days to receive.

TGSCOM Inc. does not offer swaps, exchanges or replacements on items. If you wish, a Customer Support Team Member may assist you in placing a new order for the correct merchandise while you wait to receive your refund for the incorrect merchandise.

To request cancellation of an order please contact our Customer Support Team via our online contact form. For verification purposes, you will be asked to provide your full name, complete billing and shipping addresses as well as the last four digits of the credit card used to place the order. Once the proper information is verified, your order will be canceled within 24 business hours.

No cancellation fees will be applied if the item(s) being canceled are on backorder.

There will be a 15% cancellation fee on all canceled non-firearm orders that are currently processing or that have been shipped.

There will be a 25% cancellation fee on all canceled firearm orders that are currently processing or that have been shipped.

We reserve the right to cancel firearm orders when a customer fails to provide a Federal Firearms License (FFL) from their firearm transfer dealer. Reasonable attempts will be made to contact customers for their FFL when firearms are ready to be shipped. TGSCOM, Inc. reserves the right to decide what constitutes a reasonable attempt. Customers have up to 7 business days (M-F) to provide a FFL, from the time that the firearm is in-stock and ready to be shipped. This 7 business day timeframe requirement may be shorter/longer for specific promotions as advertised. Canceled firearm orders will be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25%.

TGSCOM, Inc. reserves the right to refuse, delay, or cancel any order, at any time, for any reason.

We reserve the right to ship orders through the carrier of our choice; however most orders will ship via USPS First Class Mail, FedEx Ground or FedEx Express. We do not offer expedited shipping. Shipments containing ammunition of any kind will require an adult signature upon delivery. We reserve the right to require a signature on any shipment we deem necessary.

All in-stock items will leave our facility in approximately 7-10 business days from when you place the order, depending on your location.

For backorder and not in-stock items: Your items will arrive in approximately 2-7 business days, after the item ships .

Smaller orders (based on total weight) and any orders that must ship to a P.O. Box are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. All long guns (rifles & shotguns), handguns, as well as heavy items and larger orders (based on total weight) are shipped FedEx.

Surcharges will apply for certain items such as ammunition and fishing rods. A surcharge is added to any order shipping to the following locations: AK, HI, PR, VI. Please review the Estimated Shipping link located on the Shopping Cart page before placing your order. The shipping total is displayed before checkout.

You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped. The e-mail will include basic information such as the ship-to address and a tracking / confirmation number. We do not send tracking information on firearms.

We reserve the right to break-up any order and send partial shipments based on product availability. Split shipments will not incur additional shipping charges if we initiate the split. If the customer requests that an order is split, additional shipping fees may be added to the order.

TGSCOM, Inc. is not responsible for shipping delays as a result of weather or other events beyond our control (such as holiday shipping rushes, etc.).  TGSCOM, Inc. is unable to guarantee delivery of an order by a certain date or time.  Please note that errors or omissions in the Shipping Address supplied to TGSCOM, Inc. may result in shipping delays and TGSCOM, Inc. is not responsible for such errors or the resulting delays that may occur.

You are responsible for knowing the laws in your own state, county, city, etc. BEFORE placing an order, ensuring that your purchase is legal in your area. If you have any questions, contact your local FFL dealer or law enforcement agency before you order. (Example: Maryland requires fired casings with the purchase of any new firearm-so if you order a firearm for the state of Maryland, be certain it has fired casings). Should a firearm need to be returned because it is illegal in your area, a restocking fee will apply in addition to shipping charges. See "Restocking Fees".

Our charge appears on your credit card statement as "TGSCOM". Your credit card account may reflect an authorization for the amount of your purchase after your order has been placed. An authorization ensures the validity of your card.

If you order using a debit/check card, the authorization will put a hold or freeze on that amount until your card is actually charged. If you have any questions regarding authorizations or charges, please contact the institution that issued your credit/debit card.

How does the electronic signature process work?
You will submit your electronic signature by reviewing our Terms & Conditions (including, but not limited to, our Return Policy and Cancellation Policy) and checking box(es) and/or clicking buttons where indicated. Each signature is a one-time event and will only be used to certify that you agree to our Terms & Conditions that govern the order you place with our company or bind request.

In an effort to continually provide our customers with the most current pricing and inventory status, we reserve the right to "refresh" or update any bookmarked content when the customer returns to the page containing said content. Some customers choose to place one or more items into the shopping cart on our website and then either bookmark the "View Cart" page within their Internet browser or navigate away from our website and return at a later time. TGSCOM, Inc. and its affiliates do not offer price-matching at this time. We do, however, consistently work toward maintaining competitive prices on everything we carry.

TGSCOM, Inc. does not offer additional discounts on large orders of a single title or on large orders of many individual titles. Also, please note that the availability listings on all TGSCOM, Inc. websites are intended for single-copy orders. Orders for many copies of the same item may take longer to assemble.

Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the price shown at that time.
